Tammy Charnow Carpowich

Director of New Media, KPBS Public Broadcasting

When KPBS turned to Brice & Associates to support our in-house PR efforts on both “Culture of Hate,” a documentary on San Diego County’s white power youth, and “The Race for Mayor,” a debate and community forum with candidates Donna Frye and Jerry Sanders, the agency quickly integrated with our staff and helped delivere very impressive results.

In fact, the collaboration on the documentary resulted in the project earning the Public Relations Society of America’s Award of Excellence, the top award in the public service category in the annual Edward L. Bernays Mark of Excellence Awards.

The results on the mayoral debate were equally impressive. When it comes to delivering positive editorial coverage, Brice & Associates absolutely gets it.
