Over the course of six years, Brice & Associates was important to the marketing programs I managed for Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. and the Hyatt Regency San Diego (now the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego). From a Newsday Sunday Travel section feature on a Park City Marriott package, to large photos of the Hyatt Regency San Diego in the USA Today and Chicago Tribune, from hits on ABC, CNN, and the Travel Channel, to positive coverage in Successful Meetings and Meetings News magazines, B&A consistently delivered strategically-placed editorial coverage that supported increased revenues. While succeeding with media relations work, B&A also effectively carried out an array of assignments ranging from scripting and executing the groundbreaking ceremonies for the first Residence Inn by Marriott in Downtown San Diego, the Holiday Inn Mission Valley’s Halloween Haunt for 175 children from the St. Vincent de Paul Village shelter and the Ciudad de los Ninos in Tijuana Christmas program at the Hyatt Regency San Diego. Brice & Associates also succeeded as my PR liaison with key meeting industry trade groups such as PCMA and ASAE when each held their annual meeting in San Diego. |
